Let go of stress with a yoga class

I work in the dean’s office of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical, Biomedical and Veterinary Sciences and help with communication, among other things. I have also been teaching yoga for nine years and I’ve had my own yoga studio for two years now.

My passion is to help people lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Nutrition is another important aspect of the yoga studio, besides yoga. I teach people what food does to them and how they can be creative with it in their daily lives.

Unfortunately, because of the corona measures, I can’t teach face-to-face classes, so I’m posting yoga sessions on YouTube every week instead. Especially now, it’s important that people can let go of stress and difficult emotions. These video lessons help with that. Feel free to join in! And keep in mind that you don’t have to be flexible for yoga. It will actually make you more flexible. Namaste.
