What can we learn from the Mission in Motion quiz?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Recently, we launched the <a href=\"https:\/\/quiz-missioninmotion.uantwerpen.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mission in Motion quiz<\/a> to give colleagues a playful way of exploring how strongly our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uantwerpen.be\/en\/about-uantwerp\/organisation\/what-do-we-stand-for\/mission-and-vision\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mission, vision and lines of strength<\/a> are already embedded in your daily work. Around 200 colleagues completed the quiz in full. That number isn\u2019t representative of the entire university, but their answers do give us a valuable first glimpse of which strengths we most strongly share and which cards colleagues most often play in their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The quiz consisted of two parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Fourteen questions explored behaviour linked to our lines of strength. For each line of strength, we asked two questions with three possible answers: strongly aligned, sufficiently aligned or hardly aligned with the line of strength in question.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In the final question, participants indicated which three lines of strength motivate them most in their job.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What\u2019s embedded most strongly in our work?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When we look at the line of strength that\u2019s most strongly present in the work of our staff, one clearly stands out: <strong>Regional and international engagement<\/strong>. In second and third place we find <strong>Academic freedom<\/strong> and <strong>Active pluralism<\/strong>.
