The circumstances under which they receive their salaries are less known.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/336135667_Reshaping_the_Reach_of_the_State_The_Politics_of_a_Teacher_Payment_Reform_in_the_DR_Congo\" target=\"_blank\">recently published article<\/a>, we investigate a recent reform of teacher payments in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) that intended to modernise teacher payments.
