Elisabeth Zingl works at the International Relations Office of the University of Graz, where she is the contact person for international educational projects. She completed an English language, linguistics and literature study programme at the University of Graz as well as the combined degree course “Europe – Languages, Business, and Law”. After her graduation, she did a variety of internships in the area of international relations and cooperation, including an internship in European Affairs and External Relations at the Office of the Government of Styria. Elisabeth joined the International Relations Office at the University of Graz in 2009, initially working as a project management assistant for educational projects in different funding programmes, including Tempus and Erasmus Mundus. Since 2012, she has been the university-wide contact person for all matters relating to international educational projects in both EU and national programmes, providing consultation on project application and implementation. As such, Elisabeth has supported the formation of institutional administrative processes for international educational projects and the transition from previous EU funding programmes to Erasmus+ at the University of Graz.
