This week ARCHES welcomed the 7th edition of the Vlaams-Nederlandse Natuursteendagen in Antwerp. This edition<\/a>, extra attention was paid to the ‘Splendour’ of sculpture (Pracht & Praal van beeldhouwwerk). In the spacious Aula Rector Dhanis we could organise this gathering of experts in stone and sculpture in a Covid-Safe and hybrid (on-site and online) environment. The attendees enjoyed to see their co-workers and colleagues again in real life. It was also an appropriate setting to celebrate Carolina Van der Star for her life-long dedication to the research field. Thank you Carolina for all the work you have done and making this event possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
