Hiervoor riep hij het \u2018suggestieboek\u2019 in het leven. Bezoekers konden op de rechterpagina\u2019s een suggestie doen voor bijvoorbeeld de aankoop van nieuwe literatuur of een klacht indienen. De linkerpagina\u2019s waren bestemd voor de reactie van de bibliothecarissen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suggesties en klachten moesten voldoen aan de regels die staan beschreven in de gebruiksaanwijzing op de eerste pagina van het boek. Zo heeft \u2018De Onbekende Soldaat\u2019 zijn ongenoegen geuit over de onvriendelijke manier waarop hij is behandeld door het bibliotheekpersoneel.
