Haar eigen achtergrond situeert zich in de<b>\u00a0psychologie<\/b>.<\/p><p>Ingrid: &#8220;Psychologie blijft mijn dada. Zowel het wetenschappelijk element rond neurologie als het aspect van gedragingen van mensen, interesseert me. In de economie, in de sociologie &#8230; het gedragsaspect komt overal terug. Ook in onze marketingonderzoeksgroep vindt de basis van de vakliteratuur heel vaak haar oorsprong in de psychologie. Wat be\u00efnvloedt gedrag? Wat be\u00efnvloedt <i>willingness to pay<\/i>? Het komt altijd neer op psychologische processen. Het is een mooie invalshoek voor heel veel onderzoek. Eigenlijk is de grens met marketing helemaal zo groot niet.&#8221;<\/p><p>Ingrid Moons is veel bezig met <b>co-creatie<\/b>.<\/p><p>Ingrid: &#8220;Vroeger leek de wereld simpeler dan nu. De uitdagingen waar we nu voorstaan, zijn veel ingewikkelder. Die complexe uitdagingen alleen aanpakken, als persoon of bedrijf, is heel moeilijk. Sinds de jaren 90 zijn we tot het inzicht gekomen dat je best met mensen met verschillende achtergronden samenwerkt. Absoluut niet zo simpel als het lijkt. Je moet immers iedereen aligneren naar dezelfde doelstellingen. Er moet een Gestalt gevormd worden, dat is ook iets uit de psychologie eigenlijk.&#8221;<\/p><p>Volgens professor Moons kunnen <b>duurzame producten en innovaties <\/b>een oplossing bieden voor complexe problemen.<\/p><p>Ingrid: &#8220;Zelf kijk ik graag naar het design voor circulaire economie\u00ebn vanuit het gebruikersperspectief. Wat prikkelt gebruikers bijvoorbeeld om een product langer te gebruiken? Van een mooi product zullen mensen meer houden. Voor een duurder product moeten mensen langer sparen en zullen ze het dus langer willen gebruiken en bijhouden. Je kan producten ook meer herstelbaar en beter onderhoudbaar maken. Het gaat dus niet enkel over het duurzaam produceren op zich, maar ook over de totale gebruiksfase van het product.&#8221;<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-weight:
