It is used to emphasis the importance of time, pace and rhythm and business cycle in organisations.<\/p><p>Entrainment is relevant for organisations because it positively influences organisational outcomes and entrainment can explain organisational phenomena that certain theories cannot sufficiently explain.<\/p><h2>Model of spiritual leadership<\/h2><p>The model of spiritual leadership can influence this process of entrainment.
